Hello hairstylists and hair lovers! My name is Giang Brooke and I am Vietnamese but have been residing in Brisbane for eight years. I am a professional hairdresser with over 20 years of experience in the industry and I opened my first hair salon when I was 19.

Now I own a home salon and am a mum of two handsome boys. I have been teaching hairstylists and salon owners how to master the balayage technique of going from dark to blonde in one visiting

* When I arrived in Australia eight years ago, I worked three jobs whilst taking on every single client, but I still wasn’t making enough money to live comfortably. After having kids, I started to realise what I needed.

* After long days of work and being tired and stressed because of the amount of clients and work that I was taking on, I realised I needed to change the way that I work! I asked myself how I can work less but still earn more, whilst having enough time to spend with my family. I began to invest in my knowledge by taking courses online to further fine tune my skills. I made it a habit to learn something everyday to build on my knowledge and now my dream is coming true. I only work three days a week and am happy with where I’m at in life. Now I can decide when I want to work, and who I want as a client to help transform their hair without stress.

* My biggest passion is to share with you the technique and skill on how to be confident in yourself, and your work as a hairstylist on how to perform balayage techniques. By mastering my balayage technique of going from dark to blonde in one sitting and other fundamental skills that hairdressers must have, you will make more money and live the life that you love!
